On the morning of November 9, people walking along the coast of Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward (Da Nang City) discovered a male body drifting ashore and quickly reported it to the police.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Criminal Police Department of Da Nang City Police arrived at the scene, coordinating with relevant units to examine, collect information and documents for the investigation.
Through initial inspection, the victim was a male male about 40-60 years old, when discovered not wearing a shirt, wearing blue suspended pants, and wearing a black Casio electronic watch. People without property or identification documents to identify their identity.
