Through inspection, functional forces discovered and seized 4 tons of food of unknown origin.

Specifically, inspecting at Duy Xinh Trading & Service Co., Ltd. (address 10/59, Nguyen Duy Hieu street and business location at Dong Huong wholesale market, Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province), functional forces discovered and seized nearly 2 tons of frozen food, including items such as poultry eggs, pork udders, pork floss, dried beef, pork, fish cakes, squid cakes, octopus, abalone and many other types of frozen food without stamps, labels, origin. These products pose a risk of food safety, affecting consumer health.
According to the facility owner, the above goods were purchased floating on the market at a cheap price, then frozen and mainly sold to sidewalk grill restaurants, hotpot restaurants, pubs, snack shops...

Next, inspecting at Ms. Nguyen Thi Oanh's household (Lot 609 MB8191, Nhu Xa 1 street, Nguyet Vien ward, Thanh Hoa province), functional forces discovered and seized more than 2 tons of pig skin of unknown origin, being preserved and processed into shredded skin for sale to the market as food raw materials.
Currently, the Economic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police is continuing to coordinate with functional units to verify and clarify the incident.
