At about 10:10 am on September 21, 2026, at Km172, National Highway 18, passing through Hai Hoa commune, Quang Ninh city, Task Force No. 12 of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Quang Ninh City Police inspected a truck with license plate 14H-033. xx traveling in the direction of Cam Pha - Tien Yen.
The vehicle driver is Mr. N.V.H. (born in 1988, residing in Quang Hanh ward, Quang Ninh city).
Through inspection, functional forces discovered 3,060 food products of all kinds on the car, with a total estimated value of about 30 million VND.
The goods include 150 packages of spicy dried chicken, 200 packages of grilled duck neck, 300 packages of vegetarian beef books, 660 packages of sausages, 150 packages of spicy dried beef, 1,000 chewing gum sticks and 600 packages of spicy crab sticks.
At the time of inspection, the driver could not present documents proving the origin of all the above goods.
The working group has prepared a dossier and handed over the case and all the goods to Market Management Team No. 3 for further verification and handling according to regulations.
