According to Traffic Police Team No. 1, at 3:38 pm on March 19, at km128+700 Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway (Lao Cai - Hanoi direction), Mr. T. drove a blue license plate car 24A-005. xx in the wrong lane (to the opposite lane) to overtake the car in front. The driver's violation has been reported by people to the Traffic Police Department.
After grasping the information, Traffic Police Team No. 1 verified and invited the violating driver to the headquarters to work.
Through verification, the blue license plate car driven by driver T. belongs to an administrative unit of Lao Cai province.
