At the 32nd session (March 27), the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and disciplined Mr. Bui Van Men - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Giang Thanh District.
As a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Giang Thanh District, Mr. Bui Van Men has failed to maintain and practice, not implemented well the regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members; violated regulations on things that party members are not allowed to do, perform the obligation to declare assets, income, and assets subject to declaration but not to make dishonest declarations.
Mr. Bui Van Men's shortcomings and violations are serious, causing bad public opinion among cadres, party members and people, reducing the prestige of the Party organization, agencies, units and individuals.
Considering the content, nature, extent and cause of the violation; based on Regulation No. 69-QD/TW, dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against Party organizations and Party members who violate the law, the Inspection Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Bui Van Men with a warning.
