According to information from the Market Management Department of Phu Tho province on June 4, Market Management Team No. 7 and Market Management Team No. 2 have just coordinated and conducted an inspection of Tang Kieu Duong Import-Export Trading Company Limited, address: Phu Ho Commune, Phu Tho Town, Phu Tho Province.
At the time of inspection, Tang Kieu Duong Import-Export Trading Company Limited was operating in the production and trading of packaged food goods in conditional business lines but had not yet presented a qualified facility certificate as prescribed.
The inspection team discovered that the goods were food including: Red apples, goji berries, dried roses with a total weight of nearly 2 tons, products packaged by Tang Kieu Duong Import-Export Trading Company Limited without invoices or documents proving the origin and source of input materials, and without self-declaration of goods according to regulations.
Along with that, the authorities also discovered 2,500 packages of shampoo and 576 boxes of toothpaste of unknown origin.
Market Management Team No. 7 has decided to temporarily detain all goods to continue verifying and handling the case according to regulations.
