At the Exhibition of 80 years of national achievements held from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center, the achievements of 34 provinces and cities, 28 ministries, branches and typical enterprises throughout the country's development were vividly displayed through 230 booths.
As one of the typical enterprises with a long history of development, SABECO's exhibition booth not only impresses through the numbers or awards of the enterprise, but also inspires viewers through the historical journey that left its mark through socio-economic context.

The heritage wall in the exhibition booth reminds viewers of the image of Saigon in the late 19th century. With the vision of pioneers, nurturing and the unique identity of Vietnamese people, SABECO has gradually developed firmly through historical milestones, with the heritage of product brands associated with generations in the Vietnamese family.

The 1949 milestone marks the birth of the first batches of beer, including beer that has developed into the 333 legendary brand today. And 333 - a name meaning luck and prosperity - is also the first can beer product of Vietnam to be launched on the market in 1985.
The establishment of Saigon Beer Factory in 1977 began a period of strong development after the country's reunification. Along with the policies of innovation in the national economy after 1986, Saigon Beer invests in modern equipment, advanced technology, increases capacity, innovates management and sales, improves product quality, thereby confidently competing with international beer brands to flood into Vietnam and meet domestic demand.
SABECO's journey to develop and maintain its position as the leading beverage brand in the market is associated with a series of beer brands that have become familiar. The "legendary" slogan of Bia Saigon Special: "You may not be tall but others must also look down" is deeply imprinted in the minds of Vietnamese people in the 2000s. Affirming its position as a national beer brand, in 2010, SABECO reached the milestone of 1 billion liters of beer consumed each year. Not only successful domestically, SABECO's products have also been internationally recognized with nearly 40 quality awards since 2019; in 2024 alone, they were honored with more than 15 major awards such as the World Beer Awards (UK), Brussels Beer Challenge ( Belgium) and International Beer Cup (Japan).

In production, all packaging has been recycled or reused since 2024, aiming for the goal of 100% of packaging being able to decompose biodegrade by 2040. In particular, since 2019, the new design has helped SABECO reduce packaging weight by 15%.
At the same time, SABECO focuses on resource management, especially the effective use of water. More than 50 water and energy management initiatives have been applied by businesses in the past 5 years, helping to reduce water consumption in production by 65%.
