Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision approving the investment project to build traffic routes in the area approaching the Central Maternity Hospital, Branch 2, and the Central Children's Hospital, Branch 2, Quoc Oai district.
The project aims to invest in the construction of infrastructure routes for the Ministry of Health's projects, creating a vital artery through the heart of Quoc Oai eco-town, connecting the main traffic routes of the area, hospital areas; urban areas, tourist - service areas. When the route is formed, it will contribute to concretizing the planning of the eco-town developing according to the eco-urban model to support the development of rural areas within the green corridor of Hanoi Capital.
Investment scale for construction of 3 routes with a total length of 2.99 km.
Route 1 is 1.28 km long. The starting point is Km0+00 at the intersection with the North-South main road of the extended Quoc Oai urban area, the ending point is Km1+350 adjacent to the boundary of the Tay Quoc Oai Urban and Service Area (adjacent to the right edge of the North-South economic axis). The cross-section of the roadbed is 30m.
Route 2 is 1.19 km long. The starting point is Km0+00 intersecting with the main North-South axis of Quoc Oai urban area extension, the end point is Km1+188 intersecting with route 1. The cross-section scale of the roadbed is 24m.
Route 3 is 0.52 km long. The starting point is Km0+00 at the intersection with route 1, the end point is Km0+520 at the intersection with route 2. The cross-section of the roadbed is 24m.
The main investment items include site clearance; construction of foundations, road surfaces, treatment of weak soil; sidewalks, trees, median strips; rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage; horizontal drainage; technical pipe bundles; retaining walls, ditch restoration; traffic safety; water supply and fire protection systems; lighting systems; and a number of other auxiliary items.
This is a group B project, a level I traffic (road) project, invested by the People's Committee of Quoc Oai district, with an implementation period from 2024 to 2025.
The City People's Committee requests the organization to manage and implement the investment project in accordance with the contents of this Decision and the regulations of the State and Hanoi City on management of construction investment projects, construction quality management, management of construction investment costs, investment supervision and evaluation, community supervision; implement the project on schedule and with quality in accordance with current laws.
