Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen has just signed a decision approving the Detailed Planning of the Parking lot, Hoang Mai Giap Bat Commercial Center, scale 1/500, in Dinh Cong ward, Hanoi.
The detailed planning area, scale 1/500, is located in the administrative boundary of Dinh Cong ward, with the boundary area: North borders Dam Doi lake; South borders the planning road with a 24m cutting surface, Monorail M2 route and the planned land area for technical infrastructure; East borders the planning road with a 30m cutting surface and the planned land area for technical infrastructure (Giap Bat station area); West borders the planning road with a 24m cutting surface and Dai Kim - Dinh Cong urban area.
The land for planning research has an area of about 8.03 hectares (of which, the land area for city traffic routes is about 1.97 hectares; the land area for projecting is about 6.06 hectares).
The detailed planning aims to form a model of building a parking lot combined with the function of a modern commercial center, office and warehouse (without a residential function) connected synchronously, scientifically, applying high technology; ensuring no disruption of the structure and orientation of urban space development, in accordance with Vietnam Construction Regulations and current design standards.
At the same time, propose solutions to organize landscape architectural space and technical infrastructure systems in a synchronous and modern area. Ensure connectivity and harmony with the Ring Road 2.5; Ring Road 3, urban railway line and national railway line.
The City People's Committee assigned Xuan Nam Viet Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Planning - Architecture Consulting Joint Stock Company to be the consulting unit for detailed planning and organization responsible for the legal organization (including the process; scope, subjects, time, form, results of synthesis... opinions of relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and communities), quality, data, accuracy, consistency, and synchronization with the system of drawings and explanations.
The People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward presides over and coordinates with Xuan Nam Viet Joint Stock Company and 27-7 General Mechanical and Service Company Limited and the Department of Planning and Architecture to organize the public announcement of the approved detailed planning project so that relevant organizations, agencies and people can know and implement it; organize propaganda, ensure that there are no complaints in the process of further implementation.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward is responsible for guiding, inspecting, supervising construction according to the planning, and handling cases of construction that violate the planning according to authority and regulations of law.
Xuan Nam Viet Joint Stock Company and 27-7 General Mechanical and Service Company Limited are responsible for implementing the investment project in compliance with the provisions of law; in accordance with the detailed planning, scale 1/500 approved in this decision. At the same time, proactively contact the city's departments and relevant units to receive instructions on procedures for land, investment, construction, and financial obligations according to current legal regulations.
