According to the story, at around 8:20 a.m. on December 18, Mr. Dung coordinated with school staff to receive food at the central school from supplier Nguyen Thi Hao to prepare for the "Child's Nutrition Festival" scheduled to take place at 9 a.m.
When receiving sausages (about 15kg), observing with the naked eye, there were no unusual problems. But when they processed and poured them out, they found them crushed, smelly, and inside were many black foreign objects, so the kitchen staff reported to the school's leaders.
Not only that, the quality of shrimp is also not guaranteed. About 9kg of shrimp was supplied to the central point, but after processing, many shrimp had fallen heads, blackheads, and were stung. Parents and the kitchen also immediately reported it to the school's leaders.
As soon as the information was received, the school stopped using sausages and shrimp at the central and Lien Hai schools, and called suppliers to make a record and send samples for testing.
At Hong Son school, because they did not notice any abnormalities, they gave the children food before receiving the notice.

On December 21, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong - Vice Chairman of Bao Ha Commune People's Committee - confirmed the above incident.

On the morning of December 18, 2025, Hoa Sen Kindergarten organized a "Bad Nutrition Festival" in the form of lunch with many dishes such as fried sausages, steamed shrimp, loach rolls, five-color sticky rice, shrimp infusion, pickled sweet potatoes, boiled vegetables, seaweed and dessert grapefruit.
The meal was assisted and supervised by a number of parents.
The preliminary processing and processing process discovered that some foods showed signs of poor quality.


Immediately after receiving the report, the school stopped using all dishes made from shrimp and sausages, and reported the incident to Bao Ha Commune Health Station to request support for inspection.
After receiving the information, Bao Ha Commune Health Station sent staff to directly inspect the school.


The Commune Health Station has drawn up an inspection record at the scene, requesting the school to store samples, seal and preserve food samples in accordance with regulations, and send samples to the higher level for assessment, as a basis for the conclusion of the case.
At the meeting, the representative of the food supplier admitted that some food purchased from outside sources did not have invoices and documents, due to subjective trust, the input quality has not been strictly controlled.
The supplier agreed with the content of the record and committed to coordinate with the competent authorities.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, the units will be transparent in information and strictly handle violations (if any).
