After receiving people's reflections on the situation of spontaneous waste dumping in the Bai Nan field area (adjacent to road 10), hamlet 7, Hop Tien village, Tam Quang commune (old), on the morning of April 8, 2026, Ms. Pham Thi Nhu Phong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Commune People's Council, along with leaders of the People's Council and professional departments, directly went to the scene to inspect and verify the reality.
Inspection shows that this area is experiencing spontaneous dumping of garbage, affecting the environment and aesthetics of the residential area.
Concluding at the scene, Ms. Pham Thi Nhu Phong requested the Commune People's Committee to urgently collect and thoroughly treat waste, clean up the area; and at the same time place a sign "No dumping of garbage", resolutely stop the situation of illegal dumping of garbage. Along with that, organize inspection and review of points where garbage dumping occurs improperly in the area to have handling solutions.
She also assigned villages to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people; and at the same time monitor, detect, and supervise cases of illegal dumping of garbage for handling according to regulations.
To have fundamental and long-term solutions, she requested the Commune People's Committee to comprehensively review the current situation of waste collection and treatment in the area; develop specific plans and solutions, and report to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in the second quarter of 2026.
