On March 4, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the leaders of Hoang Tien Commune People's Committee said that regarding the case of a household renting a tractor to transport garbage to dump at Hai Tien beach, the locality is waiting for results from the Police agency, and then will propose further handling measures.

Currently, there are still no results from the Police agency sent to the locality. When the results are transferred, based on that, we will consider and propose appropriate handling measures. The locality's point of view is that if there are violations, they will be strictly handled to deter other cases" - a representative of Hoang Tien Commune People's Committee informed.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on March 2, during visiting the Hon Bo bridge area and visiting But Pagoda (in Hoang Tien commune, Thanh Hoa province), people and tourists discovered a number of trucks carrying garbage from the area near the embankment, taking it to the beach (next to Hon Bo bridge) to dump it into the sea.
After many trips, garbage was dumped into large piles near the water's edge, including tree branches, nylon bags, waste and many other types of garbage. The incident was recorded by people and tourists and posted on social networks, attracting the attention of the online community, most of whom condemned the above actions.
Immediately after the incident occurred, the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune directed the Commune Police to preside over and coordinate with the Economic Department to inspect and verify. Initially, it was determined that the act of dumping garbage into the sea was illegal.
During the working process and verification, functional forces identified Mr. Truong Dinh C (born 1988, residing in Giang Son village, Hoang Tien commune) as the person who hired a tractor to transport and dump waste into the above-mentioned beach area.
Accordingly, at about 3 pm on March 1, Mr. C called Mr. Pham Van Q (born 1987) and Mr. Truong Dinh H (born 1981; both residing in Hoang Tien commune), who are people with tractors, transporting waste dumped into the sea.
After that, Mr. Q and Mr. H drove a tractor to transport garbage from the beach area (in front of Flamingo Hai Tien resort) managed by Mr. C, and dumped it into the crevice area.
Working with functional agencies, Mr. C said that the above waste is mainly woody trees, roots and natural waste due to sea waves drifting ashore, accumulated from the 2025 rainy and storm season.
At the time functional forces inspected in the afternoon of March 2nd, the Hon Bo embankment area no longer had waste that Mr. C hired to dump, because the tide had swept it away before.
