S (75 years old, residing in Hieu An residential group, Binh Dinh ward) said that after storm No. 13, his family's glass doors were broken, the corrugated iron roof behind the house was blown off, and 2 ornamental plant pots were damaged. After the storm, the locality issued damage declarations. After that, the family was notified to receive 2,600 VND in support money.

In addition to Mr. S.'s case, some other households were also supported for apricot tree damage with levels from a few thousand to tens of thousands of VND...

Leaders of Binh Dinh Ward People's Committee said that this is the first support phase for crop damage after the storm, with a total budget of about 312 million VND for 401 households.
