    Lam Dong - People while fishing discovered the man lying motionless in the river and had died after being taken to the emergency room.

    At around 10:30 a.m. on July 21, people fishing in the Cat River area of Tuyen Quang Commune, Lam Dong Province discovered a man lying in the river.

    People shouted and reported to the commune police quickly to the scene. The victim was pulled ashore and given artificial respiration. The ambulance then took the victim to Binh Thuan General Hospital for emergency care.

    However, the victim died. The victim was identified as Mr. D.V.H (born in 1989, residing in Binh Thuan Ward).

    The police went to Binh Thuan General Hospital and contacted the family. At the same time, conduct investigation procedures according to regulations.
