Cao Bang - The Traffic Police Department has handled a driver who drove a truck carrying soil and rocks to spill onto the road.

On April 14, information from the Traffic Police Department of Cao Bang Provincial Police, recently the unit has verified and inspected information posted by people on the social network Facebook about vehicles carrying soil and rocks spilling on the road.

After verification, functional forces discovered a truck with license plate 89C-189. xx driven by driver T.V. D carrying bulk goods.

The inspection process showed that the vehicle was covered with tarpaulin but not guaranteed, causing soil and rocks to spill onto the road surface while traveling. This behavior poses a high risk of causing traffic unsafety, especially for motorbike and motorcycle drivers.

Functional forces have made a record of violation and at the same time requested the driver to immediately rectify the above situation.
