On March 29, people in Tue Tinh commune (Hai Phong City) discovered a black car overturned in a ditch in the area, with the driver still inside.
According to initial information, the incident was discovered on the same morning when people passing through the ditch area saw the car in trouble. Immediately after that, local functional forces were present, organized to salvage the vehicle and take the victim out.
Representatives of Tue Tinh Commune People's Committee said that the victim's name is N.T. M, born in 1976. Previously, on March 28, this person went to attend a funeral in the commune. At about 10 pm on the same day, during the movement, the car suddenly plunged into a ditch and overturned.
Because the incident happened quickly and there were no direct witnesses, people discovered it the next morning.
After salvaging, functional forces determined that the driver had died in the car. Currently, the cause of the incident is being further verified and clarified by functional agencies.
