Despite having worked for many years (more than 2 years), Mr. Hoang Tuan Dung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Radio and Television Station voluntarily wrote an application for early retirement to give opportunities to the young generation of leaders.
Mr. Dung shared that since being assigned to the role of head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Radio and Television Station, he has always been enthusiastic, responsible, passionate about his profession and strived to fulfill his assigned duties and tasks well. Compared to the current requirements for press innovation, the province's radio and television activities are still limited, including his main responsibility. But overall, the broadcasting and broadcasting career of Ninh Binh province in recent years has had certain developments in terms of staff, civil servants, content quality, program production capacity, technical facilities, broadcasting platforms, etc.
Up to now, his working period is more than 2 years and is eligible for retirement according to Government regulations. He himself wishes to contribute and serve the province's broadcasting career until retirement.
However, based on the requirements for reorganizing the province's organization and staff and the need to innovate the model and methods of operation of the press in the digital age, multimedia and multi-platform journalism, the task of radio and television is increasingly heavy, and work pressure is increasingly high. Especially in the current period, Ninh Binh province is implementing the great goals and aspirations set out in the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. He himself realized that perfecting the title of head of the province's press agency because new personnel, young staff, with sufficient conditions, standards and capacity, and quickly adapting to practical requirements is necessary.
"I was expected to be transferred and appointed by the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. I myself have always been aware of strictly complying with the assignment, mobilization, and arrangement of the organization, apparatus, and staff of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. However, due to old age, declining health, and limited working time, he has worked for more than 36 years with compulsory social insurance. Therefore, based on the conditions, regulations and actual situation of myself, I wish not to have to transfer jobs to retire early according to Decree 29/2023/ND-CP dated June 3, 2023 of the Government on staff streamlining" - Mr. Dung shared.
