Quang Tri - Thanh Hoa fishermen's fishing boat sank in the waters of Quang Tri, all crew members were rescued by other fishing boats.

On November 11, the Border Guard of Quang Tri province confirmed that the Border Guard Station of Hon La Port (roon Border Guard Station) had received 7 crew members of fishing boat TH-90073-TS that sank in the sea about 3 nautical miles east of Hon La Port, ensuring safety.

Previously, at around 11:30 a.m. on November 10, the fishing boat with registration number TH-90073 TS, consisting of 7 crew members, captained by Mr. Le Cong Dung (born in 1980, residing in Ngoc Son ward, Thanh Hoa province), sank at coordinates 17°54'N - 106°34'E.

At this time, the fishing boat with registration number TH-91812 TS of Mr. Le Cong Hau operating nearby was discovered, promptly responded and reported to the Hon La Port Border Guard Station.

Immediately after receiving the information, Roon Border Guard Station maintained communication, organized to receive 7 fishermen and sent them to the military for examination and health support. Currently, all crew members are safe and in stable health.

Captain Le Cong Dung said that the TH-90073 TS ship, with a capacity of 294.4 CV, 17m long, departed from Mui Ong fishing port (Phuc Trach commune, Quang Tri province) on the morning of November 10. While anchoring the boat, the crew members discovered that water had overflowed more than half of the boat's body, and could not fix it, so they promptly wore life jackets and left the boat before the boat sank.
