Speaking at the conference, in his capacity as a National Assembly deputy (NA deputy) of Thai Nguyen province, General Phan Van Giang thanked voters and people in the province for their trust and choice.
Before voters and people, General Phan Van Giang, on behalf of the National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies, committed to promoting good capacity and responsibility to contribute to the development of the country and Thai Nguyen province.

According to the assessment at the conference, the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term in Thai Nguyen province took place successfully. The voter turnout rate was very high (99.97%); 100% of commune-level units reached 99.75% or more; of which 74/92 units reached 100% of voters participating in voting.
On this occasion, the Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 90 collectives and 247 individuals with outstanding achievements in election organization.
