On the morning of August 19, 250 projects and works across the country were simultaneously inaugurated and started construction to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day. The event was held at the central location at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) and connected online to 80 locations across the country.

In Thanh Hoa, 2 projects were started and inaugurated. Specifically, the project started construction at the Hong Son Village Resettlement Area, Thang Binh Commune, serving the site clearance of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis.
According to the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the high-speed railway line through the province is more than 95km long, with an 8ha station and 3 maintenance stations (3ha/ station). The route passes through 7 wards and 12 communes, affecting more than 8,600 households, with the reclaimed land area of over 570 hectares. Of which, more than 2,300 households had to move their homes. Thanh Hoa province plans to arrange 40 resettlement areas with a total area of nearly 136 hectares, with a budget of more than 1,600 billion VND.
The project was inaugurated as the radial Automobile Tire Factory in Area B - Bim Son Industrial Park. The project has a total initial investment capital of 64.1 million USD, an area of 32.5 hectares, a capacity of 960,960 products/year, aiming to expand the capacity to 6.2 million products/year.
In the next phase, the project is expected to increase investment capital to 120 million USD. Each year, the factory aims to have a revenue of about 450 million USD, pay the State budget 20 million USD, and create jobs for 3,500 workers.
