Of which, 3 green turtles were handed over by Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, residing in village 6, Son Tay commune, Ha Tinh province, and 1 turtle in the Northern yellow front box was handed over by Mr. Phan Quoc Thang's family in Ha Chua village, Son Tay commune.
The species that have just been accepted are all endangered, precious, and rare wild animals with priority protection ( IB group) according to current law.
The green elephant is a symbol of tropical forest biodiversity, which is declining due to hunting and loss of habitat. The Northern yellow-cheeked turtle is on the list of prohibited exploitation and trading for commercial purposes.

The voluntary handover of these rare individuals by the people shows a high sense of responsibility and awareness for nature conservation, contributing to supplementing and enhancing the valuable biodiversity of Vu Quang National Park.
