Handling and coordinating the handling of fake news according to regulations. Check, search, verify and advise on handling violations reflecting on Thai Binh province on cyberspace.
Propaganda and guidance on how to recognize, prevent, and deal with fake news.
The fake news handling team of Thai Binh province consists of 12 members, of which the team leader is the Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in charge of the Information - Press - Publishing sector; the Deputy Team Leader is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper in charge of Thai Binh Electronic Newspaper.
8 members include: Head of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control and Head of the Department of Internal Political Security, Thai Binh Provincial Police; Deputy Head of the Department of Propaganda, Press, Culture - Arts (Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee); Head of the Propaganda Department, Provincial Military Command; Head of the Propaganda Department, Political Department (Ministry of Border Guard Command); Director of the Provincial Investment Support and Development Center (Offices of the Provincial People's Committee); Head of the Department of Administrative - General Organization (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism); Deputy Inspector of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural - Communication Management (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
The Secretary of the Thai Binh Province Fake News Processing Team is a specialist of the Department of Culture - Communication Management in charge of the field of Electronic Information (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
Regarding the working regime, the Head of the Thai Binh Province Fake News Handling Team directs and manages the team's activities; assigns tasks to members; develops programs, plans and reports work results according to regulations.
Members of the Thai Binh Province Fake News Processing Team work on a part-time basis; members of the team are assigned cadres, civil servants, and public employees under their units to assist in the process of performing tasks.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the standing agency of the team to monitor and handle fake news, bad and toxic news, and is allowed to use the seal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to manage the team's activities.
