Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa (Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi) said that his family has lived near the Pham Tu - Road 70 intersection for many years and often witnessed prolonged traffic jams, especially in the early morning and late afternoon.

There are days when we only travel a few hundred meters, but it takes almost half an hour. We expect that when the intersection is completed, travel will be more convenient, reducing dust and congestion every day" - Mr. Hoa said.

Ms. Tran Thi Mai (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) shared that although the site clearance process has affected the lives of many households, people all hope that the project will be accelerated to soon be effective.

According to Ms. Mai, the 70th Street area currently has a very high density of vehicles, and traffic jams and collisions often occur.

People hope that the project will be completed thoroughly, avoiding prolonged construction causing further congestion and affecting daily life" - Ms. Mai said.
