Speed up construction progress
In mid-April, the construction atmosphere at the Nhat Le 3 bridge project and the routes at both ends of the bridge took place urgently. This is a component project 2 of the province's key infrastructure development program, with a total investment of 1,300 billion VND. The project is expected to create a breakthrough for transportation and tourism development in Bao Ninh sea area.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at the construction site of Nhat Le 3 bridge, dozens of workers and machines are working continuously many shifts a day.
Technical officer Le Minh Tri - who is directly in charge of supervising the construction - said: "The total output currently implemented is more than 80% of the contract volume. We have completed pouring concrete for the main girder ( Pi girder), constructing cable stretching, and pumping water for the sections of Pi girder No. 1 and No. 8. However, the access road on the Bao Ninh commune side is still stuck with site clearance, so it cannot be implemented synchronously".
Nhat Le 3 Bridge Project has a length of 561.4m, a bridge with 23.5m wide, connecting the center of Dong Hoi City through Bao Ninh commune. The entire component project 2, including the two -end road with a total length of more than 2.8 km, is invested by the Department of Finance of Quang Binh province. The construction unit is Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company. Expected implementation time is from 2022 to 2026.
According to the basic infrastructure project management board for comprehensive development of Quang Binh province, the total land area to be recovered to serve the project is 15.33ha. Of which, 3.6ha in the old Luong Ninh commune (Quang Ninh district), the remaining 11.73ha is located in Bao Ninh commune (Dong Hoi City). The ground clearance (GPMB) has now been completed 8.58 ha, the remaining 6.75ha, mainly in Bao Ninh commune is continuing to implement.
Finding a solution
The biggest difficulty at present is supporting resettlement for people. Some problems related to basic legal policies have been resolved. Currently, the authorities are entering the counting stage, developing specific compensation plans.
Mr. Nguyen Thang Long - Vice Chairman of Dong Hoi City People's Committee - said: "The city is resolutely coordinating with relevant parties to promptly resolve the backlog in the land acquisition. The resettlement area for people has been arranged, and is expected to hand over the site in May, creating conditions to speed up construction in June".
Component project 2 - Nhat Le 3 bridge and the road at both ends of the bridge, is identified as a key traffic project, playing a role in linking coastal economic regions and serving the urban development of the East of Dong Hoi city. When completed, the project will contribute to reducing traffic pressure on Nhat Le 1 and 2 bridges, while creating momentum for tourism and service development in Bao Ninh commune and surrounding areas.
The People's Committee of Quang Binh province requires investors, contractors, relevant departments, branches and localities to continue to closely coordinate and thoroughly remove remaining problems, especially in site clearance, a key factor determining the progress of the entire project.
The province has also assigned specific tasks to each unit, organize periodic inspections, urge and promptly adjust construction organization plans to suit the actual situation. The goal is to complete the project on schedule, ensure quality and promote efficiency immediately after being put into use.
Nhat Le 3 Bridge is not only a traffic infrastructure, but also a symbol of the future connection of Quang Binh, opening up new development space for the city on the Nhat Le River.
