At around 6am this morning (December 14), local people discovered a headless body washed away by waves in the Thong Nhat beach area (Ha Quang Dong quarter, Dien Ban Dong ward, Da Nang).
At the time of discovery, the body was in the process of severe decomposition.
Immediately after receiving the report, the authorities and local police promptly arrived and sealed off the scene to serve the investigation and examination.
The identity of the victim and the cause of death have not yet been determined. The police are continuing to investigate the incident.
