15-year-old boy riding a car without a license plate caused a traffic accident in Hai Phong

    Hai Phong - The City Traffic Safety Committee has just informed the preliminary cause of the accident that occurred in Bac Thanh Mien.

    The accident occurred at around 10:15 a.m. on August 25, at Km0+900 of Road 392B in Tho Truong village, Bac Thanh Mien commune, Hai Phong city. The motorbike without a license plate was driven by T.T.T, carrying N.T.Q (both born in 2010, residing in Bac Thanh Mien commune) from Thanh Mien commune to Bac Thanh Mien. This vehicle collided with a bicycle driven by Mr. V.M.D (born in 1950, residing in Tho Truong village, Bac Thanh Mien) going in the same direction. As a result, Mr. D suffered a traumatic brain injury and was treated at 108 Hanoi Hospital, with a poor prognosis.

    The authorities determined the preliminary cause was that T was driving the vehicle without paying attention, causing the accident. Currently, the case is continuing to be verified and handled according to regulations.
