Initial information, the incident occurred at 2:30 a.m. on August 24 on Provincial Road 352 in Cao Nhan 8 residential group, Le Ich Moc ward. The motorbike carrying two young men, H.V.H (born in 2007) and H.V.D (born in 2005, both residing in Muong Kim commune, Lai Chau province), it is unknown who drove the vehicle in the direction of Quang Thanh - My Dong. When reaching the curve, the motorbike crashed into a house on the side of the road. As a result, Mr. D died on the spot, H was injured.
The preliminary cause was determined to be that the motorbike driver did not control the steering wheel in the curved road area causing the traffic accident.
Previously, at around 10:10 p.m. on August 23, an accident also occurred on the road in Nhan Bau village, Ha Dong commune, Hai Phong city. A motorbike driven by N.B.C (born in 2003, residing in Ha Dong commune) was traveling from Nhan Bau village to Thanh Thinh village when it collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. L.V.V (born in 1980, residing in the same commune). After that, C's motorbike continued to collide with another motorbike driven by Mr. N.T.C (born in 1977, living in the same commune) in the opposite direction. As a result, Mr. N.T.C was injured. The initial cause was determined to be that the road section where the collision occurred had no lighting and no traffic infrastructure.
