Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant will gradually open or continuously open the remaining bottom spillways (or open additional spillways depending on the flow to the reservoir) so that when the lake water level reaches the elevation of 120.5m, all bottom spillways, spillways and water intake gates to the turbine are fully opened.

Tuyen Quang Hydrometeorological Station warned that on the morning of September 30, the flood level on the Gam River continued to rise with an amplitude of 1 - 4m. In Bac Me, it will peak at alert level 3 and then decrease slowly; in Chiem Hoa, the flood level will rise rapidly and peak at alert level 3; in Na Hang, it will be at alert level 2 after the change depending on the discharge flow of Tuyen Quang hydropower plant.
Floods on the Lo River continue to rise and fluctuate below alert level 1 (in Ha Giang, the old level was at alert level 1 - alert level 2).
Flood water levels on the river are rising, the strong flow causes flooding in low-lying areas with a flooding depth of 2.0 - 4.0m, in some places over 5m and is at risk of causing landslides in riverside areas, banks and riverbanks.
