In which, at the troop receiving points under the Command of Defense Region 1 - Cam Le, 437 outstanding young people enlisted.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Xuan Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, affirmed: "Protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a sacred duty and noble right of every citizen. Throughout revolutionary periods, generations of young people have enthusiastically joined the army, contributing to writing the glorious tradition of their homeland and nation. That patriotic tradition and steadfast will are continuing to be inherited and promoted by today's young generation.
Mr. Thang requested the new recruits to clearly define their responsibilities when entering a new environment. In particular, being trained in the military and police environment is a great honor for young people, an environment for growth, and a valuable baggage for the future. Young people must constantly strive and train in terms of political bravery, moral qualities, organizational discipline and health; regularly improve their professional qualifications to excellently complete assigned tasks.

Regarding rear work, the Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee stated clearly: "The city always determines that taking care of the good implementation of military rear policies is the responsibility of the entire political system. I propose that levels and sectors continue to pay attention to and support soldier families, creating conditions for young people after completing their duties to learn a trade, find jobs, and stabilize their lives.
