To ensure that the testing, issuance, renewal and re-issuance of driving licenses (GPLX) take place continuously, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has requested the old Department of Transport to coordinate with the Department of Construction to arrange appropriate human resources.
At the same time, the Department of Construction was assigned to review and adjust the survey plan to meet the needs of the people, avoiding interruptions in the transfer process.
Currently, relevant agencies are actively working with Khanh Hoa Provincial Police to hand over the task of testing and granting driving licenses between the Department of Transport and the Provincial Police, ensuring the handover takes place smoothly in accordance with the direction of the Central Government.
Although the transfer work is being implemented, some difficulties still exist, including the handover of records, data and facilities to serve state management of testing and granting driving licenses.
In addition, the demand for changing driving licenses of people has increased dramatically in recent times, causing the professional department of the Department of Construction to be overloaded. This requires relevant agencies to have an effective handling plan to meet practical needs.
The transfer of the task of testing and granting driving licenses from the Department of Construction to Khanh Hoa Provincial Police is expected to ensure transparency, efficiency and better meet the needs of the people.
At the same time, the transfer process is also an important step in administrative reform, improving the quality of public services in the transport sector.
In the coming time, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct relevant agencies to closely coordinate and handle arising problems so that the transfer process can take place most smoothly and effectively.
