On June 18, a report from the Na Ri Commune Civil Defense Command said that on the morning of the same day, a road surface subsidence appeared on National Highway 3B section passing through Hiep Luc village, posing a risk of affecting traffic safety.
The subsidence point is located at Km80+030, with a diameter of about 0.9 to 1.0m, the largest subsidence is about 6cm compared to the road surface, the affected area is from 3.5 to 4m. The subsidence phenomenon is at risk of continuing to develop if the weather diễn biến phức tạp.
The Na Ri Commune Civil Defense Command has inspected the scene, preliminarily assessed the current situation and coordinated with relevant units to implement traffic safety measures such as zoning dangerous areas, placing warning signs, diverting traffic and guiding vehicles through the area.

Na Ri commune has requested the Department of Construction, the Sub-Department of Irrigation and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control of Thai Nguyen province, and specialized agencies to soon inspect the scene, determine the cause and guide solutions to ensure traffic safety.
Previously, as Lao Dong newspaper reported, at the end of March 2025, on National Highway 3B section passing through Hiep Luc village, some large subsidence holes about 7m long and 5m deep appeared in the middle of the median strip and continuously expanded, seriously affecting traffic.
On May 26, 2025, a motorcyclist crashed into the barrier and warning area at the landslide pit on National Highway 3B, causing both people and vehicles to fall into the pit. After many rescue efforts, the victim has not yet been found.
