Body of 2 teenagers swept away by waves found in Dak Lak

Dak Lak - Authorities have found the bodies of two teenagers swept away by waves.

On the morning of October 25, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Dak Lak Provincial Police) informed that the unit had just coordinated with other forces to find the bodies of two teenagers swept away by the waves and gone missing.

Initial information, at about 4:55 p.m. on October 24, a group of teenagers living in Xuan Tho commune (Dak Lak province) went swimming in the area of An Thanh quarter (Xuan Dai ward).

While swimming in the sea, N.H.T and N.H.D (both 17 years old) were unfortunately swept away by waves and went missing.

Upon receiving the news, the local border guards coordinated with local forces and people to search for the missing victim.

During the night of October 24 and early morning of October 25, in Xuan Dai Bay, the waves were high and the weather was dark, making rescue work difficult.

However, the search forces continued to search for the victim that night. By the morning of October 25, the bodies of the two teenagers had been found and handed over to their families for funeral arrangements.
