On the morning of July 30, Son Kim 1 Commune Police received a report from the people about a man showing signs of fatigue, unstable mental state, walking around Khe 5 village, Son Kim 1 commune, with unknown direction and unknown residence.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune Police force quickly arrived at the scene, coordinated with the people to take this person to the Commune Health Station for health check-ups, and at the same time conducted personal verification.
Through initial verification, the man was identified as Nguyen Van P (born in 1991, residing in Loc Ha commune, Ha Tinh province). Immediately afterwards, Son Kim 1 Commune Police contacted Mr. P's family and organized a safe and thoughtful handover to relatives to take care of them.
