Information from the People's Committee of Gia Tran commune (Ninh Binh province) said that after 3 days of searching, at around 6am this morning (October 15), the authorities found the body of Mr. P.V.S, born in 1988 (residing in Dinh Hoa commune, Ninh Binh province) under the Day River flowing through Khuat bridge (in Gia Tran commune, Ninh Binh province).
Previously, on the evening of October 13, the local government received information that a victim had fallen from a boat into the Day River and gone missing.
Local authorities and authorities mobilized people and vehicles to search for the victim. However, because the victim fell into the river at night and the river water rose, the search encountered many difficulties.
"At around 6am this morning, the search force found Mr. S's body and brought it to shore to hand it over to the authorities for investigation, clarifying the cause of the incident" - said a representative of the Gia Tran Commune People's Committee.
