Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, on the morning of July 24, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department, led by Captain Luong Van Manh, was tasked with patrolling and controlling the Co Linh - Dam Quang Trung - Thach Ban route (Long Bien ward, Hanoi city).
At around 9:25 a.m., when the working group moved to the Co Linh - Thach Ban intersection, a car with license plate 89A-065.36 suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. At the same time, a woman panicked from the car and ran down to ask for help.
This person said that the vehicle was carrying a woman who had a stroke to the emergency room, but when she arrived, her condition became serious and she was afraid that she would not be able to get to the hospital in time, so she asked the traffic police to help take the patient to the emergency room.
In the face of an emergency situation, Captain Luong Van Manh reported to the unit's Command Committee, and at the same time used a specialized vehicle, turned on the priority signal, and paved the way for the car with license plate 89A-065.36 to quickly move to Department A9 - Bach Mai Hospital.

After only a few minutes, with the support of the traffic police, the patient was taken safely to the hospital.
Through discussion, Ms. P.T.H (born in 1981, residing in Hung Yen province) - who asked for help from the traffic police - said that the woman who had a stroke on her motorbike was from the same village, named N.T.D (born in 1958).
"Ms. D's family is in difficult circumstances. That same morning, when I discovered Ms. D was sick, I took her to the emergency room by private vehicle. However, in the midst of her serious illness, fortunately she met and received timely support from traffic police officers. Currently, Ms. D is being monitored and treated by doctors," Ms. H shared.
Timely actions by officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 have contributed to protecting people's lives, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Serving the people", leaving a good impression on the people of the capital.
