On the afternoon of December 14, at Lang Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Dong newspaper reporters recorded a bustling atmosphere. Not only workers, but also households contributed their efforts to clean up the resettlement area before the important moment.
It is known that the households have now moved their belongings to the new house. Along with that, they are cleaning up the dust to prepare for a brighter life.
At the time of recording, people were transporting parts to install beds, other households were supporting the preparation for the gift-giving ceremony of the Ministry of National Defense on December 15.
Mr. Hoang Van Diep - Head of Lang Nu village - said: "Households have started to clean up their belongings to move to their new homes since yesterday. Meanwhile, there are also households that have just started to move today. Everyone is excited because in just a short time, they will be able to settle down and start a new life."
Currently, 40 stilt houses have been completed, and constructions such as community houses and schools have also been completed.
Directly visiting the Lang Nu resettlement area to inspect, Chairman of Bao Yen District People's Committee Tran Trong Thong said: "The construction unit has basically completed the current items. After the gift-giving ceremony tomorrow (December 15), it is expected that the houses will be handed over to the people next week. In the new, spacious place, people will start to rebuild everything after the natural disaster."
