On the evening of April 28, at My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi), the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee will organize the political art program "Echoes of the Fatherland". In order to ensure traffic order and safety to serve the event, the Hanoi City Police has developed a traffic diversion and organization plan, which applies temporary prohibitions and restrictions on vehicles in the area around the stadium.
Accordingly, from 6:30 pm to 11 pm on the same day, some types of vehicles will be temporarily banned from circulating in the program area.
In which, temporary prohibition is applied to trucks with a designed total weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except for buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protective badges, vehicles of the Police and Army forces and other priority vehicles according to the provisions of law) and restrictions are applied to other vehicles participating in traffic operating on some routes: Le Quang Dao, Le Duc Tho, Tan My, Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Hoang, Pham Hung, Chau Van Liem, right side of Thang Long Avenue (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao), Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien, Trinh Van Bo.
To reduce traffic pressure, Hanoi City Police organized guidance for vehicles to follow alternative routes, avoiding restricted areas. In which, vehicles moving from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue and vice versa can choose to pass through Provincial Road 70 or elevated Ring Road 3 to ensure smooth traffic.
For roads and vehicles not subject to adjustment in the above-mentioned traffic diversion plan, traffic participants continue to comply with the current regulations of Hanoi city, issued in Decision No. 01/2026/QD-UBND dated January 4, 2026 and related adjustment documents.
Hanoi City Police requested people to proactively grasp information, choose appropriate routes and travel times, and comply with the instructions of functional forces to contribute to ensuring traffic safety, serving the successful art program "Echoes of the Fatherland".
