Starting construction of Tan Chanh Hiep Park, adding green space for Ho Chi Minh City residents
On the morning of October 13, the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Chanh Hiep Park construction project (Tan Chanh Hiep fish pond area), Trung My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dau An Phuc - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board - said that the Tan Chanh Hiep Park project is a long-standing wish of the local government and people, because previously this area was a low-lying, flooded area, with potential dangers and environmental pollution. Ring Road 2 has a total length of 64 km, with a scale of 6-10 lanes. The project passes through many suburban districts of Ho Chi Minh City, connecting the suburban belt from Nguyen Van Linh Avenue through My Thuy intersection, through Phu Huu Bridge (formerly Thu Duc City), connecting Hanoi Highway, Pham Van Dong route and National Highway 1A.

Prosecution and temporary detention of "Ngan 98" for the act of manufacturing and trading counterfeit goods
The Investigation Police Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police (Economic Police Department) has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan (nickname "Ngan 98") - the operator of Zu Bu shop Trading Household and Trading Company Limited - for the crime of "production and trading of counterfeit food" under Article 193 of the Penal Code.

571 more cases of alcohol concentration violations were punished by Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police on October 12
According to PC08, on October 12, nearly 1,700 violations were inspected and fined, including 571 cases of alcohol concentration violations, 2 cases of drugs, nearly 80 cases of 3-4 wheel vehicles that did not ensure technical safety, and nearly 250 cases of violation handling notices were sent via images to vehicle owners and violators.
