HCMC approves businesses to pilot commercial housing construction on 54 land plots

On November 7, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a document approving real estate businesses to pilot commercial housing projects on 54 land plots.

These lands were previously approved in principle by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council at the meeting on September 29, 2025.

The announcement of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee is the basis for real estate business organizations and relevant state agencies to carry out the next steps to implement commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights as prescribed in Resolution No. 171/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly, Decree No. 75/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government and other relevant legal documents. 51 people hospitalized for suspected poisoning after eating bread in Ho Chi Minh City

On the afternoon of November 7, Tam Anh General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City said that the unit had received 11 cases of food poisoning, with symptoms of abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever... after eating bread at a bakery on Nguyen Thai Son Street.
