According to the Ho Chi Minh City Command, in the petition, Ms. Le Nguyen Hong Minh (daughter of late General Secretary Le Hong Phong and martyr Nguyen Thi Minh Khai) requested functional agencies to consider and confirm the burial location and establish an incense burner to commemorate martyr Nguyen Thi Minh Khai.
