On April 29, the Hanoi People's Council passed a Resolution regulating the content of expenditures, expenditure levels, and specific support levels to improve the quality of service for people and businesses when performing administrative procedures and public services in Hanoi.
This Resolution stipulates the content of expenditure, expenditure level, and support level to improve the quality of public administrative services of Hanoi City, including support for certification of electronic copies from the original. Level of support and regime for providing uniforms for civil servants, public employees, and contract workers performing tasks at the Department of Receiving and returning administrative procedure results at People's Committees at all levels, specialized agencies, and administrative organizations at all levels under the City People's Committee; City Public Administration Service Center.
At the same time, stipulate the level of support for civil servants, public employees, and labor contracts performing the task of unit controlling administrative procedures, monitoring, and advising on administrative reform work. Support level for those who process recommendations and reflections on the iHanoi system.
The subjects of application include: Civil servants, public employees, and contract workers working at the Department of receiving and returning administrative procedure results of People's Committees at all levels, specialized agencies, and administrative organizations at all levels under the City People's Committee; civil servants, public employees, and contract workers working at the City Public Administration Service Center; individuals working in administrative procedure control units; monitoring and advising on administrative reform; handling recommendations and reflections on the iHanoi system at agencies and units under the City People's Committees at all levels...
Civil servants, public employees, and contract workers working at the Department of receiving and returning administrative procedure results at People's Committees at all levels, specialized agencies, and administrative organizations at all levels under the City People's Committee; civil servants, public employees, and contract workers working at the City Public Administration Service Center are supported with 5 million VND/person/month, and are provided with uniforms at the rate of 5 million VND/person/year.
Support individuals assigned to be the unit controlling administrative procedures, monitoring and advising on administrative reform work, and assigned to handle recommendations on iHanoi. The support level is 2 million VND/person/month. The prescribed support level is applied to no more than 2 people for each agency or unit.
In case an individual performs two or more tasks at the same time, they will receive the highest support level.
Civil servants, public employees, and workers receiving the support level prescribed in this Resolution must be on the list of tasks assigned by competent authorities and individuals.
The funding source for implementing this Resolution is guaranteed from the state budget according to regulations.
This Resolution takes effect from May 1, 2025.
