On October 21, Truong Sa Island Infirmary, Brigade 146, Naval Region 4 received and treated a crew member of the cargo ship Tan An Bonanza.
Yesterday morning (October 20), on the journey from Brunei to Vietnam, more than 100 nautical miles from Truong Sa island, Mr. Truong Xuan Thanh (born in 1998, residing in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An) - a member of the cargo ship Tan An Bonanza, felt pain in the right iliac fossa, the pain was colicky.
The patient was taken to Truong Sa Island Infirmary for emergency treatment on the morning of October 21 by the cargo ship Tan An Bonanza, captained by Mr. Phi Ngoc Xuyen (born in 1980, residing in Phu Cu district, Hung Yen).
Upon admission to the hospital, the medical team conducted emergency blood tests, blood biochemistry, and emergency ultrasound.
Currently, the patient is alert, responsive, no fever 36.8 degrees, soft abdomen, colicky pain in the lower abdomen and right iliac fossa.
