Mr. M fell onto the road and collided with a truck driven by Mr. P.Q.V (born in 1976, residing in Tan Minh commune) going in the opposite direction. As a result, Mr. M died on the spot.
The next incident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. at km 44+100 of National Highway 37 in Gia Phuc Commune. The motorbike driven by Mr. T.T.D carrying his wife, Ms. H.T.B.H (both born in 1962, residing in Le Thanh Nghi ward) in the direction of Gia Loc - Vinh Lai fell onto the road. At this time, the tractor-trailer driven by Mr. D.M.T (born in 1980, residing in Ninh Binh) was coming from behind (it is not yet known whether there was a collision with Mr. D's motorbike or not). As a result, Ms. H was injured. At 6:10 p.m. the same day, Ms. H died at home.
The cause of the two accidents is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
