    The accident happened at about 12:20 pm on January 27 on provincial road 547, passing through Ky Dong village, Co Dam commune.

    At the above time, a truck with license plate 36H - 053.xx driven by Mr. Ngo Anh T (born 1985, residing in Can Loc commune, Ha Tinh province) traveling from Co Dam commune to Dan Hai commune collided with a motorbike with license plate 38N1 - 055.xx driven by Mr. Tran Xuan N (born 1965, residing in Tan Tru village, Co Dam commune) traveling in the opposite direction.

    The collision killed Mr. Tran Xuan N on the spot.

    Upon receiving the news, traffic police and Co Dam Commune Police were present at the scene to divert traffic and investigate the cause.
