Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Ministry of Public Security said that the traffic police force has just fined a 16-seater driver for speeding and not meeting the conditions to drive a vehicle.
Accordingly, at about 2:35 pm on March 26, the Task Force of Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Room 6, Traffic Police Department) stopped and inspected a vehicle speeding at Km259 of the Phap Van - Cau Gie - Mai Son - QL45 - Nghi Son expressway, after receiving instructions from the Unit Commander.
Through inspection, functional forces identified the vehicle driver as Vi Van H (born 2004, residing in Hung Chan commune, Nghe An province). This driver drove a 16-seater car but only had a B-class driver's license, which is not suitable for the type of vehicle according to regulations.
At the same time, this person also violated the offense of speeding from 10–20km/h.
The working group made a record of administrative violation against the driver for two acts: driving vehicles at excessive speed and using a driver's license that is not suitable for the type of vehicle being driven.
In addition, the vehicle owner, Vi Van T (born 1988, also residing in Hung Chan commune, Nghe An province) was also recorded for the act of handing over the vehicle to a person who did not meet the conditions for control as prescribed.
For the above violations, functional forces have fined the driver 24 million VND, the vehicle owner 29 million VND, and the total fine is 53 million VND.

According to statistics from Highway Traffic Police Team No. 3, in the past 2 days, the unit has made records of 73 violations, deducted points from driver's licenses for 26 cases, and temporarily seized 1 vehicle, which is a passenger car.
Through the monitoring system, functional forces also recorded 307 violations, of which 67 cases were directly recorded (including 58 speeding violations, 5 stopping and parking violations, 2 driving violations in the wrong lane, 1 lane change violation, 1 causing goods to fall) and sent violation notices (cold fines) for 240 cases, mainly speeding violations.
