Among the most drivers who did not violate alcohol concentration, the traffic police task force conducted an inspection of a man named T.V. L (born 1988, residing in Tran Phu ward, Ha Tinh province) driving a motorbike carrying 2 young children behind. As a result, this man violated alcohol concentration at 0.083mg/liter of breath.
Mr. T.V. L said that he had just had a Tet meal with relatives. During the meal, he drank a can of beer for Tet fun, then became somewhat subjective and still drove a motorbike carrying two young children behind.
Along with making a record of alcohol concentration violations of Mr. L, the Traffic Police team also propagated that Mr. L must seriously comply when using alcohol and beer, absolutely do not drive vehicles to participate in traffic to ensure safety for himself and for other traffic participants.
According to a representative of the Traffic Police team conducting alcohol concentration measurements on Tran Phu street, the working group stopped to check alcohol concentration from 8 pm to 9:15 pm and only discovered one case of Mr. T.V. L violating alcohol concentration.
