On the afternoon of January 5, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc (born in 1985, residing in Cam Xuyen commune), an official of the Department of Public Health, Food Safety and Nutrition at Cam Xuyen Medical Center - said that she has now agreed to be assigned to work at Cam Hung Commune Health Station because the working distance is also quite close.
Also according to Ms. Ngoc, a few days ago, Ms. Dang Thi My Le (born in 1983, residing in Cam Xuyen commune), formerly Head of the Population - Health Education and Communication Department at Cam Xuyen Medical Center, also took on the task of working at Thien Cam Commune Health Station.
Ms. Ngoc and Ms. Le had previously filed complaints about the Cam Xuyen Medical Center's organization of arranging public employees to health stations that was not objective and transparent.
In the old Cam Xuyen district, there were 7 Health Stations, but Cam Xuyen Health Center only allowed officials and employees to register their aspirations to work at 6 Health Stations, but did not allow them to register their aspirations at Cam Xuyen Commune Health Station. While Ms. Le and Ms. Ngoc resided in Cam Xuyen commune, so they wished to work at Cam Xuyen Health Station to be closer to home.
After not being registered according to their wishes, Cam Xuyen Medical Center developed a plan to arrange for Ms. Le and Ms. Ngoc to work at one of the 2 Health Stations in Cam Lac or Cam Trung commune.
Not satisfied, the two sisters filed a complaint, so Ms. Le was later assigned to work at Thien Cam Commune Health Station, and Ms. Ngoc was assigned to work at Cam Hung Commune Health Station according to her personal wishes.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Long - Director of Cam Xuyen Health Center - said that the reason the unit did not organize the registration of aspirations for Cam Xuyen Commune Health Station is because this station after the merger already has 23 officials. There is also a seconded official here and a person in charge of preventive medicine of the Center applying to return 25 more people. While there is too much shortage at other Health Stations.
According to the Director of Cam Xuyen Medical Center, implementing the arrangement and assignment of officials under Cam Xuyen Medical Center to commune health stations, 25 people had to be arranged. However, recently, in the process of registering aspirations, 6 people did not participate in registration.
Meanwhile, at Cam Lac Commune Health Station and Cam Trung Commune Health Station, there is a lot of shortage. Cam Trung Commune Health Station has only 15 officials, Cam Lac Commune Health Station has only 14 officials. Therefore, with 6 officials who do not register their aspirations, it is expected that they will be assigned to these 2 shortage health stations.
However, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc and Ms. Dang Thi My Le did not agree, so Cam Xuyen Health Center reported to the Department of Health to arrange for Ms. Ngoc to return to Cam Hung Commune Health Station, and Ms. Le to Thien Cam Commune Health Station.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc - Director of Ha Tinh Department of Health - said that after receiving a complaint from officials about the Cam Xuyen Health Center's organization and arrangement of medical staff not being objective and transparent, the Department of Health worked with Cam Xuyen Health Center.
According to Mr. Duc, according to the report of Cam Xuyen Health Center, because Cam Xuyen Commune Health Station has 23 people, it is difficult to arrange more. While many people want to work near their home, complaints arise. Currently, through working, the 2 complaining civil servants have understood and agreed on working at Cam Hung Commune Health Station and Thien Cam commune.
