    Ha Tinh - VICHY International Aesthetic Institute (Ha Tinh City) has just been temporarily suspended for 4.5 months and fined 25 million VND.

    Ha Tinh City Police in coordination with Ha Tinh City Health Department have just conducted a surprise inspection of VICHY International Aesthetic Institute (address at 39, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, Bac Ha Ward, Ha Tinh City).

    Through inspection, the authorities discovered that the VICHY International Aesthetic Institute used radiation equipment to intervene in the human body, changing the skin color of body parts without a license. The inspection team drew up a record of the violation and seized the exhibits.

    On that basis, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh City has decided to administratively fine the owner of VICHY International Aesthetic Institute VND 25 million and suspend the operation of this facility for 4.5 months.
