On May 6, Lam Dong Provincial Police informed that the unit's professional forces had completed the scene investigation and the autopsy of the victim who died in the bathroom.
The body mentioned above is a male, with identification documents in the name of Pham Minh D (25 years old, residing in Bao Loc city). Based on the identification documents, a woman went to the police station to complete the procedures to receive a relative.
However, through the autopsy, the body had decomposed strongly and could not be identified.
Currently, the authorities have taken DNA samples for examination and must wait for the results to have enough basis to determine the victim's background and identity.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at 3:00 p.m. on May 4, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc (67 years old) returned to her private home (Village 6, Dai Lao Commune, Bao Loc City) after nearly a year living in Ho Chi Minh City with her children.
Here, Mrs. Cuc discovered a decomposing body in the bathroom of the house. After receiving the report, the authorities arrived at the scene, sealed off the area, took statements from those involved and collected evidence to serve the investigation.
