    Ha Tinh - A woman in Thach Thang commune (Ha Tinh city) who died in the river was just discovered and her body was handed over to her family for burial.

    Information from a leader of the People's Committee of Thach Thang commune said that at around 1:00 p.m. on February 28, local people discovered Ms. Tran Thi H (66 years old, residing in Hoa Binh village, Thach Thang commune) dead in the Rao Dao river in Thach Thang commune.

    Immediately after the discovery, the information was reported to the local authorities and police.

    The authorities then arrived to coordinate in bringing the victim's body to shore, identifying him and completing the procedures to hand over to the family for burial and burial.

    According to local leaders, Ms. H suffered from depression.
